Emergency Service
Call 725-6733 and our emergency response team technician will get back to you in just a few minutes. And usually within a few more minutes, they can be on his way to your house.
We can fix any part of your home heating or air conditioning system, from heaters that don’t heat to coolers that don’t cool, and everything in between.
We service and repair ALL makes and models, including Carrier,
Lennox, Trane and more.
There is a modest fee for this emergency service, but is generally
far less than what other companies charge.
Air Quality

We carry humidifiers to help you control air moisture, ventilators to bring fresh air into your home, electronic and traditional air filters to clean the air before it circulates, and advanced ultraviolet lamps eliminate germs and bacteria.
We can install air cleaners that effectively remove bacteria, pollen, animal dander and other pollutants as small as 0.01 microns –
that's 18,000 times smaller than the head of a pin.
  Duct Cleaning
We have the tools and experience to clean out the dust, dirt, disease-carrying mold and germs that have collected in there for years.
We use a motorized brush/vacuum robot and remote video camera that travel through your entire air duct system, rooting out debris and verifying cleanliness. We'll even give you the videotape of the before and after inspection.
Air Humidifiers
In winter air can become dry and affect the quality of life in your home. If you experience static electricity, dry skin, or respiratory ailments caused by dry air, you may need a humidifier.
A central air humidifier will increase your health, reduce your heating bills, and keep your furniture, and you, in much better condition.

Maintenance Plans Preventative Maintenance
To keep your systems in safe, efficient operating condition, you should have regular annual
check-ups (just like you do for your car and for your health). Each system is different, but typically
we cover:
Heating System:
Our 9-point checklist covers cleaning, combustion check in
air or water systems, thermostat control, chimney check, fuel connectors, safety controls,
and more.
Air Conditioning:
Our 10-point checklist includes cleaning, efficiency levels, check and adjust refrigerant (Freon® or Puron®) levels, controls, noise levels, and more.
Filters, Humidifiers, Heat Exchangers:
Includes multiple items such as replace and/or clean filters, tightness and freedom from air
or fluid leaks, effectiveness levels, a safety check, quietness and controls readings.
