Emergency Service
Call Us! Any hour of the day or night – 725-6733 and our emergency response team technician will get back to you in just a few minutes. And usually within a few more minutes, they can be on his way to your house.
 We service and repair ALL makes and models of hot water heaters, faucets, toilets and more.
There is a modest fee for this emergency service, but is generally far less than what other companies charge.
Plumbing Maintenance Plans
Preventative Maintenance keeps your plumbing water supply, fixtures and drains in safe, efficient operating condition.
A regular annual check-up is different for each home but typically we cover:
• Water Heaters (gas or electric): check, clean, flush sediment, adjust.
• Kitchen and other Faucets: check for leaks, corrosion, smooth operation; lubricate controls and clean the aerators.
• Toilets: check for leaks, proper operation and proper seals; adjust water levels, water volume and overflow protection.
• Water Pressure Regulator: check and adjust the pressure from city or well systems.
• Safety
Check Your House: check all faucets and valves for smooth and correct operation, including emergency water, gas or oil connections; we'll show you where these are so that you can find them in a hurry.

Home Improvements
 From little things like making sure the correct pipes are in the proper place (remember, “Hot Water is on the left” and “Drains Run Downhill”), to making sure that you have the right size and material for pipes and that there are plenty of accessible shut-offs. Then we can work with your other tradesmen to ensure that your new dream works as well as you hoped.
 New Kitchen or Bath – Remodeling the kitchen or a bathroom is a time of great excitement. You've got a new floor plan, new walls and counters, and new appliances and fixtures. Give us a call during the design stage and we will suggest some ways to simplify and improve your
water and drain lines.
 New Appliance or Fixtures – Sometimes all you need are the plumbing connections for a new dishwasher, refrigerator icemaker, or a newer, more energy efficient fixture.

Emergency Checklist
ONE: If there’s a safety problem, leave the house immediately and call 911; then call us at any of the numbers below.
Remember, rural LPG or Propane settles in low spots; but piped in Natural Gas rises. If either finds a source of ignition, and an explosion could ocurr.
TWO: If it is just a malfunction,
call us (see below).
THREE: If there is leakage or other problems with the gas or oil supply, water, or electricity, turn off the connections to your system.
